  • Who: Middle and High School students
  • What: Help plan, organize and implement programs at the library for children and teens.
  • When: 2nd Tuesday 5-6 p.m.
  • Where: Elgin Public Library
  • Why: Meet new people, earn service hours, develop leadership skills and practice collaborating while serving your community!

  • Texas DMV Driving Test: Now available on the Elgin Public Library website. Check out the left column  for the link "Texas DMV Practice Test." Find all of the necessary resources for getting a Driver's License in TX!

  • RB Digital through the Elgin Public Library offer mobile eBooks and eAudio Books! Links  in left column. Free ... You will need a current library card and can register through the Elgin Public Library circulation desk! Children under 18 will need a parent/legal guardian to help sign up.
